The Association EUROEDUAS is a non-profit association located in a disadvantaged region named Jiu Valley. The Romanian organization is located in a urban area of about 40.000 inhabitants. The socio-cultural context is characterized by some characteristics common to disadvantaged areas: a low cultural level, the search for the first job with in appropriate professional and cultural competencies, the search for new competencies in order to improve the personal approaches;

The economic context is given by monoindustrial sector-mining, but having a rich natural heritage, the economic sector is growing in the tourism industry and small companies are more and more widespread.
In this sense the main objectives of the organization are :
-To facilitate the rapid integration of adults in the local labor market;
-To help students to efficiently use the potential of directing them towards a successful career;
-To access to lifelong education of NEET- young people not in employment, education or training;
-To provide advisory services, documentation, communication and information, professional training, psycho -pedagogical and management of students / graduates / trainers / practitioners in VET and adult education;
-To provide the scientific support necessary to improve the national education system in our region, to compatibilize with international practices and education systems;
-To monitor the integration of refugees and improvement of the legislation by monitoring individual cases (meetings with beneficiaries, volunteers and staff organization, social and legal counseling);
-To develop approaches to learning based on innovative learning methods and key competencies developed by the European Commission in formal / non -formal education of pupils / students and adults ;
-To provide training to trainers on their new roles in formal / non -formal and adult learning based on innovative teaching and learning techniques;
-To provide networking support in local communities and funding of formal / non -formal learning;
-To provide scientific and methodological support to adult education institutions in the Jiu Valley, linking academia and practitioners in the education sector activities;
-To develop social skills, moral and vocational youth training programs in the European context.
Through the planned projects and partnerships, our association aims at involving young people, regardless of their social status in activities at local, regional or transnational level. In order to achieve our goals we intend to organize activities and events such as: meetings, workshops, training courses, seminars, conferences, street events, festivals, youth exchanges etc.

Founded in 2014, the „Centro Provinciale per l’Istruzione degli Adulti” (CPIA) is the largest public provider of adult education in the province of Taranto. It was established by the Italian Ministry of Education and the Apulia region (DDG n. 6154 del 09.06.2014) to meet the educational needs of a large number of young and older adults. With the support of nearly 30 local branches (former Adult Education Providers, schools with courses for adults and the local prison), 51 staff members and local authorities, the CPIA provides student-centred and tutor-led education for young and older learners (about 750) from all walks of life.
Taranto is a big town in the region of Apulia, the third-largest continental city of Southern Italy with a population of more than 200,000 inhabitants. Taranto is an important commercial and military port. It has well-developed steel and iron foundries, oil refineries, chemical works, some shipyards for building warships, and food-processing factories. The province of Taranto has an area of 2,437 sq km and a total population of about 600,000.
The socio-cultural context of the CPIA is characterized by some features common to the rest of the south of Italy: low cultural level, search for the first job with inappropriate professional and cultural competences, search for new competences in order to improve the personal curriculum, racial integration among different ethnic groups.

MANİSA NİHAL AKÇURA OTELCİLİK VE TURİZM MESLEK LİSESİ (Manisa Nihal Akçura Vocational Hotel Management And Tourism High School )
It is an a non profit government school. Our organization is so close the city centre of Manisa It was established in 2008 according to the needs of private sector. Our new school building was made by a charitable person, and we moved to our building in January 2013. It is situated very nice place in the city. Manisa has rapidly developing industrial and tourism zone and The city of Manisa is also widely visited, especially during March and September festivals. That’s why our school is very important to supply qualified staff for tourism sector. Our aims; training qualified staff including the newest knowledge, trainee who are aware of knowledge technology that private sector and governmental offices needed. Our school would like to be known as a reliable institution that focuses on development with institution culture and staff potential.
Training Framework: cooks, waiters, hotel staff. The age group of our students is 14-19 years old.
We also organise different vocational courses for the students and adults.
Because our school is involved organizing courses for adults, training them about their needs using creative methods,courses ,e-learning platform,in order to help them to find better jobs after the courses by the Ministry of Education. Some courses deal with vulnerable or disadvantaged target groups as well.
We would like to take part with this project and work with our colleagues from different European countries. This project will supply us sharing innovative teaching methods, learning different cultures and language practise for our participants etc.

Positive Changes Association is an association interested in the international work in the fields of education and culture.
Our aim is to work with children, youth and people with fewer opportunities. Our association supports also the European integration by cooperation of people from other countries in organizing together social and cultural events.
Our group is a social active community, who want to share and improve experiences by implementing common actions and projects
The general aim of our team is to develop adapted training methodologies in vulnerable groups (unskilled, aged, migrants, physically impaired, low income) in order to increase their motivation to learn and to counter feelings of resignation and apathy.

The primary goal of Ekpaideftiria Vassiliadis is education and the proper preparation of its students for knowledge, seen as the best asset to promote culture and values worldwide.
Our teaching staff (40 persons) has been consistently serving to the training of the students for years, having acquired the necessary pedagogical experience to support every need of theirs. Lifelong learning plays a cardinal role and to this end we seek the training of school teachers in innovative teaching methods and the application of best teaching practices.
We work with European schools for the promotion and implementation of good practices, trying to initiate all our students into groups or individually, in order to give everyone the opportunity for „learning ” , regardless their linguistic, social and cultural diversity. We promote the creativity of children according to their classroom level to engage them in specialized interest groups (clubs). We actively participate in the competitions of cognitive and cultural – sports content enacted. We encourage the participation of our students in programs of social, ecological and artistic orientation.
Our aim is to create a school open to society. We seek to maintain constant contact with current events of the local, national and international environment. Therefore:
• we invite at our school distinguished personalities from the fields of science, culture, the media and fine arts
• we organize training workshops on the problems facing the school practice with the participation of respected and admired academics and educational agencies
• we host sporting events as playing games as well;
• we encourage collaborations, exchanges and twinning with national and international schools
• we organize field trips and visits to places of historical, artistic, folklore and ecological interest
• we cultivate aesthetics through various visual and theatrical activities
• we promote functional group activities (clubs) that enable creative expression to students.
• we organize an annual school career conference by inviting various scientists and professionals.

School Inspectorate of Hunedoara County is a public institution of regional interest, which coordinates territory all school units of undergraduate education, from kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges theoretical, technical and vocational schools, arts and crafts, schools graduated, national colleges and private educational facilities.
ISJ Hunedoara territory promotes educational policy of the Romanian Government, is directly under the Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research.
ISJ Hunedoara ensure the quality of instruction – education in all school units of county guarantees the right to education and education for all pupils, ensuring professional rights of all teachers in education; ensure that school curriculum appropriate age and level of psychological development of students, according to the profile of each school, promoting modern educational strategies in line with European standards in the field.
ISJ Hunedoara develop local and regional European dimension in education; coordinates the entire activity of teacher education; ensure and coordinate their improvement; watches for performance management in education; advising regional and solves the problems of students and parents in education
ISJ Hunedoara has good expertise in educational projects European and taking the target group of the project precisely: the staff of the institution, inspectors, managers of educational, CSI – Hunedoara aims through this project to know the experience and managerial expertise of some of the most advanced systems education in Europe and even the world, such as those in Finland, Austria and the Netherlands, educational systems, which can become true models for us.

Agrupamento de Escolas de Penacova is an organization that includes kindergarten to secondary education, divided by 10 school basic school, 9 kindergartens and one secondary and vocational school.
On the whole we have 1500 students, 165 teachers and about 60 staff.In the main building in Penacova, where there are about 650 students, we teach the national curriculum, and vocational courses (Computing Repairing) for students aged up 15 and at risk of abandoning school without completing the 9th form; we also teach vocational courses for students, aged up 16 y.o. till 20 y.o. who don’t want to go on further education and need academic and professional certification (Management and Computing, Ceramics/Handcraft and Rural and Environmental Tourism). In the national curriculum we teach English, Spanish and French, Portuguese, Maths, Sciences, Physics and Chemistry, Arts, Drawing, Physical Education and Sports (Swimming, Outdoor sports and adventure with climbing, canoeing, map orientation, parallel ropes, river biking, rappelling, games,etc., badminton, football and Boccia for disabled students).
Our students of Vocational courses get in the end of the 3 year course a double certification: academic and professional.
Our schools are in a rural area, geographically and economically disadvantaged but just about 20 km away from Coimbra, where there is one of the oldest Universities in Europe and is now Unesco World Heritage.


Our school is placed in Montefrío, a small town in Granada, Andalucía. It’s a rural town about 60 kms from Granada. Due to its agricultural background many people used to live in countryhouses and this circumstance gave great importance to traditional games and activities even when in larger cities they had lost their importance. It’s true that some of these games are losing nowadays the importance they had, but that’s why we think this project would be a positive experience not only to our students and school, but also within the families and the social life in the town itself.
